Well yesterday we did so good filming we got today off. Yeah!!! I should be outside enjoying this Seattle weather, but here I am in front of the computer. Sadly, it wasn't because I slept in either. I hit the gym to get in this extra day of workout (since usually I can only go during the week after work). So after having to drive to the East side for that and fill up my car with my 20-cents off the gallon Safeway club card, I decided to fancy up my routine with some Clairol Happy Shine. I was shocked to see some white streaking down my shoulder where some renegade shine treatment had fallen while it was squished all over in my hair. I admit it. I have the skin tone of vampire and have to use the tanning gradual lotion (for fair skin) to look like living person. I try not to over do it so I am a little upset that something I had been using on my hair (that didn't have color) took it away...makes me a little nervous about what it's doing to my hair color.
On the same note: Have you guys had issues with the white bleach like splotches on your towels? For the past two years I have noticed an increase in mysterious spots popping up on my towels. At first I thought it may be due to some moron trying to clean out the washing machine with some bleach...but it doesn't seem to be affecting my clothes, only towels. WTF? I've heard others complain and blame it on the whitening in the tooth pastes...Well I don't fucking brush my teeth while wearing my body towel! I've been extra careful to wash the toothpaste on my hand if any falls before drying them with my hand towel...and yet more appear! I make sure all my shaving lotion is off before using my body towel (I heard that can cause it to?), yet more appear. I seriously don't know what is going on but my shine treatment MAY have something to do with it...although I hardly ever do it and the mysterious spots appear in between those times.
